Job Description
Dental Hygienist (Miami, FL). Administer oral hygiene care. Take dental radiographs & intraoral & extraoral photos. Take dental impressions. Assess oral hygiene, educate patients & maintain patient records. Chart conditions of decay & disease. Examine gums & perform gingival probing. Remove supragingival & subgingival plaque, calcareous deposits, accretions & stains. Administer local anesthesia. Provide fluoride treatment. Place sealants. Reqmts: Assoc deg in Dental Hygiene or foreign educational equiv + 2 yrs exp in job offd or in a rltd position involving the admin of oral hygiene care & treatment to dental patients. Must have valid State of FL dental hygienist license w/ authorization to administer local anesthesia.
