Job Description
Design Associate-Architecture (Jacksonville, FL) F/T. Plan & dsgn structures such as commercial, office building, retail & other. Prepare scale drawings or architectural dsgns using computer-aided dsgn or other tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, V-ray, Lumion & dvlpg 3D models w/ renders. Work under the supv'n of a licensed architect. Bach's of Architecture or closely related field +12 months of work exp in job offered, or as Architect, Jr. Architect, or closely related. Past 12 months of exp (full 12 months) must incl using architectural knowl to perform architectural schematic drawings & renderings based on conceptual sketches for multiple multi-million-dollar dsgn-build projects using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, V-ray & Lumion & dvlpg 3D models w/ renders.
