ED Human Resources (ELC Management LLC, Miami, FL): Dvlp & implmt HR strategies to enable the TR AMER business growth through: Defining strategic choices to accelerate the business in organizational dsgn. Bach deg in Human Resources, Business, a rltd field or foreign equiv & 5 yrs of progressively responsible exp in Sr. Human Resources role or a rltd occupation. Exp must incl partnering w/ all components of COEs & HR teams to deliver the HR service delivery model to business teams; Performing project mgmt, organizational, & change agent w/in HR; Driving the HR strategy using knowl of the organization & its employees; Working in changing envrmts, see through complexity, & strategically promote an inclusive/diverse workforce; Exposure to all core business & HR functions w/in the discipline incl organizational dsgn & talent & recruitment selection; Working on Significant transformation & mgmt change; & Navigating highly complex, matrixes organizations & proven ability in partnering w/ colleagues throughout regions. 10-20% Int'l & Domestic travel reqd.
