General Manager (Weston, FL). Direct daily operations and supervise customer satisfaction and service quality; Formulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to foster business growth; Build client relationships and negotiate contracts; Select providers and ensure they acquire the necessary skills to deliver services of high quality and efficiency; Develop budgets for approval and manage resources; Oversee software and mobile app development and maintenance teams; Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for service expansion and growth in new markets or regions in the United States and Latin America.
