Intellectual Property Analyst, F/T (Aventura, FL) Report directly to the intellectual property attorney. Conduct techn'l reviews, research & analysis. Conduct trademark & patent searches. Draft trademark & patent applications. Draw & interpret patent drawings. Draft responses to USPTO's office actions. Maintain the intellectual property d/base. Communicate w/ clients & techn'l subject matter experts. Monitor the status of trademarks & patents & generate reports. Project mgmt. Assist w/ techn'l evaluations & supporting documentation for visa petitions (e.g., EB-1A, H-1B, O-1, NIW) for engineers & inventors. Email résumé to Jania Braswell, P.A., Attn: Mrs. J.
