IT Director - F/T - sought by The Hall of Fame Dance Challenge, Inc., in Boca Raton, FL. Duties: Responsible for overseeing IT operations for the dance competition co; dsgng & implmtg IT strategies & infrastructure; dvlpg IT & web processes documentation & departmental procedures & SOPs; identifying & eliminating security risks on the co. n/work infrastructure & websites; implmtg security protocols; monitoring for potential threats; taking proactive measures to protect the organization's data & systems; oversee the maintenance, support, bug fixes, patch release, etc. of co. web systems, incl custom dsgn'd access d/bases, WordPress websites. hiring & supv'g team of IT/ Web dvlprs; oversee procurement of new or replacement IT eqpmt/systems; oversee procurement, maintenance, upgrade, fix, & creation of AV systems to ensure integration w/ the co's IT system & technology; train staff & subcontractors to use web applications & company systems.
