ITSM Developer Intermediate

ITSM Developer Intermediate sought by AdventHealth Information Technology in Altamonte Springs, FL, to be responsible for configuring, administering, & scripting in the tools chosen by ITSM. Work w/ Leadership to dvlp tech'l solutions that satisfy the business needs of the IT & other depts seeking to use the IT Service Mgmt tools. This role is also responsible for the Platform support handling day-to-day Tickets. Reqmts: Bach's deg (or foreign equiv) in MIS, Comp Sci, BSIT or related field & 2 yrs enterprise as a Dvlpr, Engineer, Analyst, Data Scientist, or related field. In the alternative, Master's deg (or foreign equiv) in MIS, Comp Sci, BSIT or related field is acceptable. Knowl of:  Service Mgmt toolsets/ServiceNow. ITSM, ITIL or CMDB. JavaScript. UI, SQL, HTML or CSS. Knowl of XML & structural prgmg concepts. Knowl of Angular JavaScript, REST & SOAP APIs. ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (obtained w/in 6 months of hire).
