Logistics Analyst sought by Truck Freight Company (Davie, FL) to Plan routes, track cargo, manage inventory. Reqmts U.S. Bachelor's deg in Logistics, Supply Chain Mgmt, Industrial Engg, Bus Admin, or a rltd field or foreign equiv + 1 yr of exp w/: In the job or rltd duties; Monitoring truck driver's performance via Omnitracs & Motive; Tracking cargo from origin to final delivery using Omnitracs & SkyBitz, & XTRA & Powerfleet tracking; Negotiating w/ brokers to obtain rates & scheds using DAT ONE dashboard; Evaluating market conditions on DAT IQ to maximize spot rates; Coord'g the transport of goods in Dry Van trailers, incl Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments & applying calculations of size & weight to ensure compliant cargo loading.
