Quality Assurance Systems Manager (Sebring, FL) F/T. Apply knowl of engg technology & biological science to agricultural problems concerned w/ power & machinery, electrification, structures, soil & water conservation, & processing of agricultural products. Responsible for dvlpg & implmtg the quality system in the citrus production process, ensuring the quality of all processes, activities & products w/in the co. production unities. The quality system provide the basis for managing the co. (nursery & farms), aiming to attain production performance objectives (quality, productivity & cost), thus enhancing the co's competitiveness. Responsible for planning, systematization & formalization of the process. Distribute & control the quality system docs. Work w/ Managers, Supv'rs, Agronomists & operational staff. Reqmts are Bach's Deg in Agronomy, or Agriculture, or closely related field + 24 months of exp in the job offered or as QA Systems Coordinator, Agronomic Engineer or closely related. 30% of travel w/in the US reqd.
