Review fin'l concepts/structures & transform into fin'l model solutions, incl providing input into wording of terms of SPAs & SHAs w/ respect to earn-out structures & modeling mgmt comp. Bach in Finan, Econ or Industrial Engg & 4 yrs exp in job or 4 yrs Investment Banking &/or Investment Analyst exp working in LatAm region. Some domestic/int'l travel is reqd.
