Job Description
Senior Firmware Engineer needed with Ubicquia, Inc., located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, to analyze the reqmts, architecture definition, dsgn & debug of product firmware. Reqs Bach deg in Comp Sci or rltd field, or foreign equiv. 5 yrs' exp in prof'l firmware engg, architecture, dsgn & dvlpmt of next generation of embedded lighting & n/work mgmt technologies, prgmg exp in C, C++, & MicroPython for embedded systems, incl dvlpmt of algorithms, manipulation of data structures, & implmtg highly optimized code, ARM or equiv embedded microcontroller architectures, Logic Analyzers, oscilloscopes, JTAG/ICE debuggers & protocol analyzers, & determining &/or identifying mfg-built defects & produce firmware modifications to address defects.
