Senior Nurse Manager

Senior Nurse Manager sought by AdventHealth Home Care Central Florida in Maitland, FL, responsible to the Director of Nursing or Chief Nursing Officer & is responsible for the continual operation of a specified nursing unit. Skilled in coaching, motivating, mentoring, & leading a professional & tech'l team in the delivery of services for our patient population. Assures quality of care is delivered for our patients & demonstrates effective stewardship of scarce resources. Change agent for the assigned areas of responsibility & is responsible for implmtg any changes that the unit is reqd to undergo. Reqmts: Bach's deg (or foreign equiv) in Nursing & 2 yrs of exp as a Registered Nurse, Care Coordinator, Staff Nurse, Charge Nurse, or related field. Master's deg (or foreign equiv) in Nursing, Public Health, Global Health or related field. Current valid State of FL (or multi state license) as a Registered Nurse.
