Sr. Manager, Bid, Presales and Solution Engineers LAM

HID Global Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Bid, Presales and Solution Engineers LAM for its Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office.

Job Duties: Plan and direct systems analysis and data processing to meet customer requirements. Provide team and clients with technical support regarding company technology and operability. Direct the development of technology improvement and implementation. Supporting engagements with partners and key suppliers to shape solutions and agree workshare for major opportunities. Developing and maintain effective ways of working with internal stakeholders to understand and promote CID products and solutions. Providing market feedback to internal stakeholders to optimize CID products and solutions product portfolio. Taking full ownership and responsibility of the business opportunities for profitable growth. Telecommuting is permitted.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience Requirements: Three (3) years of experience in each of the following:

" Supporting international business with subject matter expertise for secure credentials, solution, and services offerings

" Executing to tight timescales, meeting demanding deadlines under demanding RFP conditions 

" Process creation, implementation, management, and improvement
