Job Description
Vice President, Atlantico Capital Partners LLC (Miami, FL) Deal Origination by sourcing new opportunities arising from companies in the US, Spain & Latin America, w/ a cross-border focus involving Latin America or Europe. Construction of the fin'l model & the company & industry analysis, to understand the client's needs & properly reflect them in complex fin'l debt &/or valuation models w/ debt & equity components (subordinated tranches, PIK mechanisms, cash sweep enhancements, equity kickers, earn outs or put options, among others) to assist in the decision making process. Structuring of cross-border transactions by organizing int'l competitive processes & the selection of the best candidate/s, utilizing a n/work of Spanish & Latin American contacts, coordinating the due diligence process among all parties involved. Negotiation of the legal & fin'l docs of multi-country transactions. Reqmts: Master's Deg or foreign equiv in Business Admin or rltd field + 5 yrs' exp in the job offd, or rltd fin'l analyst role. Exp must incl at least 2 yrs working w/ structured & export finance &/or int'l trade consulting w/ an investment bank, fin'l advisory firm, or private equity fund. Must have exp coordinating int'l competitive processes; Proven exp in the execution of transactions in Latin America &/or Spain; Established n/work of contacts in Latin America &/or Spain; Exp managing projects & teams. Completion of Level 2 CFA exam. Ability to travel to & conduct business in both domestic & overseas mkts, 25% of the time. Remote work available option.
