Description and Qualifications

This is a support position with primary responsibility for greeting and directing in person visitors/clients, answering the telephone, using the YFA greeting, forwarding calls and/or taking messages. This position also provides information as requested including referring calls to other agencies when appropriate. They maintain the administrative structure of the office under the direction of the Director. They also schedule meeting rooms, maintain office bulletin board, post and/or distribute information as received, collect and forward for processing time sheets, travel logs, personnel forms and training forms. This position maintains an up-to-date knowledge of Agency’s programs and services and those related agencies to the community. Skills/ Requirements: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Salary based on education and experience.

High School diploma or equivalent: AA degree or Business School preferred; 2+ years related work experience.
