What is your mission?

As an Electronics Engineer Asc you will research, design, develop, and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including radar and radiation detection equipment; radio, television and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment. Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required for this role.

What will you be working on?

- Assist engineers in the research, design, development and test of a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment.

- Work with more expert engineers as they provide technical/engineering support to Electronics teams for issues related to the performance of the various electronics hardware.

- Assist more senior engineers with the design, development, and test for electrical support equipment.

- The scope of these tasks ranges from conceptual development and initial design to production and deployment support. This position will also require the ability to understand, design and solve custom electronic circuitry and assemblies.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in an Electrical/Electronics program or other related discipline from an accredited college/university.

This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired skills
1. Analog and/or digital design, analysis and testing experience is highly desired.
2. Experience performing formal root cause analysis
3. Experience with automated test management software (Test Stand, Test Studio, or MATLAB)
4. Applicant should have some digital and analog board and box level experience.
5. Ability to produce and present informal al status briefings to both LM Program Management and Customer.
6.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to subordinates, peers, management, subcontractors and customers.
