Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is seeking highly-qualified applicants for an open Senior Human Resources Business Partner role supporting both the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Contracts Director for our Training & Logistics Solutions (TLS) line of business (~$2.0B) and their extended teams (~200 employees).

The selected candidate will act as a trusted partner to several Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) executives supporting every market segment within the TLS LOB. Partnering with HR COE colleagues, they will leverage their knowledge, skills and business acumen to create strategic, impactful and forward-looking HR solutions for business challenges in the areas of workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development and retention, performance management, employee engagement and employee relations.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related discipline and at least 4 years of prior HR experience, or a Masters degree in a related field and at least 2 years of HR experience
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with a broad spectrum of management, including senior executives, and employees at various levels
-Proven ability to influence key decision makers
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desired skills
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related discipline and at least 6 years of prior HR experience, or a Masters degree in a related field and at least 4 years of HR experience
-Demonstrated success as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
-Experience in one or more HR centers of excellence (COE's)
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Strong business acumen
-Excellent executive coaching and consultation skills
-Previous experience working in a virtual and matrixed environment
-Masters Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
-Experience working with client leaders to develop, implement and drive initiatives to closure
-Strong project management skills
-Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
-Extensive experience analyzing trends and reporting metrics using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
