As a Price/Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for complex supplier proposals within the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) division of Lockheed Martin (LM). Responsibilities include:

Review supplier proposals, cost and pricing data submitted and all other factors provided by supplier in support of their proposals.

In-depth analysis and review of supplier
proposal adequacy conditions to FAR 15.408 Table
15-2 requirements and LM F330 Proposal Adequacy

Confer with suppliers and analyze supplier operations to determine factors that affect price.

Conduct fact finding exercises as needed to review basis of price/cost trends and development of key cost indicators.

Prepare reports and charts that present findings.

This position requires travel on average 20%-30% domestically and internationally.

Basic Qualifications
Ability to perform and apply cost accounting, pricing, and estimating concepts and principles.

Ability to comprehensively review all elements of cost including direct labor, material, ODC, and indirect cost incompliance with FAR, DFARS, GAP and LM procedures.

Ability to review supplier proposals for compliance with FAR and LM requirements.

Ability to utilize analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings.

Ability to meet deadlines in a challenging, multitasking environment.

Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Ability to travel 25%-30% of the time.

Desired skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, supply chain, or accounting.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate departmental and program messages effectively to both LM personnel, as well as the customer.

Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), with a strong working knowledge of FAR part 15.

Experience in negotiating government contracts.
