The Coordinator Social Media participates in the communication, marketing and public relations initiatives of the NCH Healthcare System through social media channels and works closely with Marketing Communications staff to create and distribute content on a regular basis. The Coordinator Social Media will be required to write and create original content, post and monitor social media. The Coordinator Social Media should also manage our community by responding to comments and oversee our customer service across all platforms. This position will create social media videos for use on social channels.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the social media marketing field.
Experience developing social media content.
Experience with videography a must.
Good writing, production/editing of photo/video/text/graphic skills needed.
Demonstrated experience using social media to positively promote an organization and build social media communities.
Strong social media analytics skills.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook and its analytic tools, Instagram, and YouTube are essential.
Knowledge of on-line marketing preferred.
Must possess a positive and teamwork oriented attitude.
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task in order to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to local destinations needed to cover events useful for social media.
