Roig Lawyers is currently accepting resumes for a temporary IT Helpdesk Technician in our Deerfield Beach office. The  IT Helpdesk position will assist in technical support. Previous Help Desk experience required with recent experience in desktop support.  Position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.  

•Maintain daily performance of computer systems
•Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
•Ask questions to determine nature of problem
•Walk User through problem-solving process
•Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
•Clean up computers
•Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
•Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
•Install computer peripherals for users
•Remote into computers to resolve issues
•Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
•Run reports
•Ability to respond quickly to internal IT needs and multi-task
•Travel to other offices required/valid driver license and insurance
•Bend, lift and carry equipment as needed

•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Knowledge of Outlook in a Microsoft Exchange environment
•Experience providing remote support
