This is an entry level position that will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Assist team with managing incoming and outgoing mail
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Create and update monthly spreadsheets when needed
Scanning and copying of documents
Conduct clerical duties, including emails and preparing documents
Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence and memos (proper punctuation, spelling, grammar is a must)
Excellent verbal/written skills along with strong interpersonal skills
Must have high level of organization and strong attention to detail
Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines
Demonstrate strong follow through and follow departmental procedures
Computer competency (Microsoft Office), keyboard/data entry and basic math skills
Phone and customer service skills
Strong work ethic and a team player is a must
High school diploma or Equivalent
